Who are we?

GLMApp is an iOS and Android application developed through the collaboration between ARCA and ForMyLife, designed for practitioners certified in the Good Lives.

Data collected

GLMApp is built on the principle of data minimisation. The only personal data collected is the practitioner’s email address, used solely to grant access to the application via TestFlight or the Android Console. No patient data is collected by us.

Data of accompanied persons

All data entered in the application (patient records, session notes, life plans, etc.) is stored exclusively on the practitioner’s tablet. It never passes through our servers, is never shared with third parties, and is never subject to remote synchronisation. GLMApp has no technical access to this data. The practitioner is solely responsible for its processing under GDPR, in accordance with their professional confidentiality obligations.

Analytics and trackers

GLMApp does not integrate any analytics or tracking tools (analytics, cookies, third-party SDKs). The only statistics we have access to are those natively provided by App Store Connect (iOS) and Google Play Console (Android), consisting of aggregated and anonymised data such as download counts and crash statistics. This data is collected and managed by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies, to which we have read-only access.

Offline functionality

The application works entirely offline. No data is transmitted over the internet during use.

Data export

An export feature in PDF format is available at the practitioner’s sole initiative. Once data has been exported outside the application, the practitioner becomes solely responsible for it. GLMApp cannot be held liable for any loss or breach occurring outside the application.
